Tim Lewis

Lead Pastor

As Lead Pastor, it’s Tim’s privilege to inspire & invite people to a deeper relationship with each other and Jesus. Tim has been serving God in the ministry for more than 20 years, including speaking in some amazing places around the country. He saw first-hand the mighty power of God’s redeeming love impact the lives of literally thousands of people, including his own. Tim and his wife, Billi Jo, were married in 1991. They have two beautiful daughters, Tabitha (born 1992) and Samantha (born 1999). Tim enjoys spending time with his family, the companionship of his life-long buddies, reading and Clint Eastwood movies.


Sherri Jordan

Lead Administrator

Sherri has been the Lead Administrator since 2004 at Cable Road Alliance. She keeps the office and staff running smoothly. She also serves as a member on the Fellowship, Deaconess, and Benevolent committees at church. Although she often works behind the scenes, she loves to serve and help people in any way she can as reflected in what Jesus says in Matthew 22:37-39, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.`` She and her husband Rob, together have three sons, and one grandson so far.


Zach Karcz

Director of Student Ministries

Zach graduated from Elida High School in 2013. He spent four years as an intern at Teens for Christ and then was hired part-time as the Director of Student Ministries here at Cable Road Alliance Church. He's definitely a character and it's evident why he works in youth ministry. In his spare time you can usually find Zach gaming, hanging out with close friends, or watching The Office. Some of his flaws include, but are not limited to: singing in the shower and sometimes volunteering too much.


Sheena Clevenger

Worship Director

Sheena met her husband Dan here in Ohio where they've been married since 2006 and the parents of Austin since 2008. Music and ministry have always been part of Sheena's life, but God's call to become the Director of Worship Ministries at Cable Road was a huge shock. She says ``God keeps calling me into positions I'm totally unequipped for. Luckily, my job is just to follow. He takes care of the rest.`` In addition to leading and coordinating worship, Sheena loves to sing professionally with local bands, listen to all kinds of music, read, knit, and watch movies.


Trisha Sierra

Children's Ministry Director

Trisha graduated from Rhodes State College with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She taught preschool until she had her first child. She now has two wonderful children of her own and stays at home with them as well as a few additional little ones during the day. Instilling a love for God and God's Word in children is a strong passion of hers and she loves seeing huge smiles on all of the children's faces!


Bridget Erdman

Women's Ministry Director

Bridget graduated from Spencerville High School in 2007. She has a Masters degree in Elementary Education from The University of Findlay and is now a stay-at-home mom of two boys after teaching for two years in Early elementary grades. In Bridget’s spare time, she enjoys hanging out with fellow moms to have some adult conversation, even if the conversation normally revolves around their kids.


Brian Clum

Men's Ministry Director

Brian graduated from Allen East High School in 1987. He is married to Kelly (Strohl) Clum and they have three sons, two daughters-in-law and five grandsons. He recently retired from service in the United States Military after 31 years. He is currently serving the church as the Director of Men's Ministry and as a trustee. In his spare time you can find him with the family or on his motorcycle (once he gets a new one).


Kristina Stanford

Wedding Coordinator/ Youth Administrator

Kristina graduated from college with an Associates Degree in Culinary Art in ‘05. She has a passion for celebrating life with people and has been in the hospitality world her whole adult life. She has been married for almost nine years and has three boys. She also has a passion to reach the youth of this world, which is why she has been a youth leader here at Cable Road Alliance Church for the last two years.


Kyleigh Clum

Connections Administrator

Kyleigh is a 2010 Graduate of West Central Learning Academy. Kyleigh's ministry passion lies in outreach and discipleship. In her free time she loves to sing and lead worship with her husband. Outside of everything else, her greatest and favorite thing is family time with her three fun, loving, wild boys and her husband. God, family, ministry is very important in her family.


Jennifer McMurry

College Ministries Director

Jennifer is a graduate of Grove City College and Asbury Theological Seminary. She is married to Philip and they have four kids (Katie, Emily, Jackson, & Alexa) that keep her young, exhausted, and slightly crazy. Jennifer helps lead the Cuddles from Cable ministry as well as assisting Philip tackle The Journey small group for young adults. When she can find a rare moment to herself, you can find her curled up with a cup of hot tea in one hand and a crochet hook in the other.


Phillip McMurry

College Ministries Director

Philip McMurry graduated from Grove City College in 1993 and got his Master’s and Ph.D. in history from Kent State University. He teaches history at the University of Northwestern Ohio in the College of Business. He enjoys playing piano, guitar, and bass as well as singing. In 2009, he and his wife Jennifer began the young adult ministry that they called “The Journey” and they have been leading it ever since. In his spare time, he enjoys alphabetizing his ridiculous DVD movie collection and keeping his house from falling down around his family’s ears. He is also a big fan of strategy board games such as The Settlers of Catan because he firmly believes that he should have been born during the Age of Exploration.


Sara Nishimoto

Missions Director

Sara grew up at Cable Road Alliance Church and is glad to be back at CRA with her husband and two children. Missions has always been a big part of Sara's life and she's excited to help spotlight and support the great missionaries locally and internationally connected to our church.
When she's not volunteering for Jesus as Mission's Director or working with the preschoolers at church, Sara works part time at Sara's Sweets (no, she is not THE Sara even though we think she's just as awesome) where she enjoys baking and serving people sweet treats. In her spare time, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and baking and cooking at home.
